Target PC Terms of Sale

Title to the Products sold hereunder will be deemed to pass to Customer upon Delivery. Customer agrees, however, that Target PC retains a purchase money security interest in all Products sold by Target PC to Customer, and to all Target PC Products now or hereafter acquired by Customer and to any proceeds thereof, until the purchase price and other charges due to Target PC shall have been paid in full. Customer agrees to execute any financing statements or other documents as Target PC may request in order to protect Target PC security interest. Upon any default by Customer hereunder, Target PC shall have all rights and remedies of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code, which rights and remedies shall be cumulative and not exclusive. In the event of Customer's default in payment for the Products, Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Target PC in collection of any sums owing by Customer. Target PC shall not be obligated to make any further deliveries to Customer. Such reasonable costs and expenses shall include, but not be limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, collection fees and court costs.

Target PC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of orders or contracts, or in the delivery or shipment of Products, or for any damages suffered by Customer by reason of such failure or delay, when such failure is, directly or indirectly caused by, or in any manner arises from fires, floods, accidents, riots, acts of God, war, governmental interference or embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials, supplies or transportation, delays in deliveries by Target PC suppliers or any other cause or causes (whether or not similar in nature to any of those herein before specified) beyond its control. Target PC reserved the right to cancel without liability any order, the shipment of which is or may be delayed for more than 90 (ninety) days by reason of any cause or causes beyond its control as aforesaid. Target PC reserves the right in its sole discretion to allocate among customers or potential customers, or defer or delay the shipment of any product that is in short supply.

Cancellations

Cancellations initiated by the Customer are subject to having a transaction fee deducted from their refund if such a fee is non-refundable by the payment processor. For refund requests please contact us to confirm regarding your transaction fee before requesting a cancellation of your order.

Shipping within the United States

Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days from payment processing. Please be aware that your order may be processed on the following business day after you check out. (Not applicable to PO Box, AK, HI, PR, Protectorates, and Military addresses)

All domestic shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground service. Please contact us for Overnight and Second Day Air shipping before you place your order.

Shipments for international export, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, military addresses, and Canada require an additional 3-4 business days of processing time before shipment.

Local pickup is available at our Willoughby Ohio USA location in lieu of shipping. All pickups must be scheduled in advance and may require several days before available.

International and Postal Shipments

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Please check with your country s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

These charges are normally collected by the delivery (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" because US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We use FedEx, UPS, and EMS service. Our warehouse will select the most appropriate carrier when your order is processed.

Shipments to PO boxes, military, and US addresses outside the contiguous 48 states may be sent via USPS.

Heavy or over-size items which must be shipped USPS may incur additional shipping charges or be rejected by the post office.

Not all addresses are serviced by our shippers, additional charges may be required for delivery to some locations.

For International Buyers

We offer products designed for use in North America. The power and transmission requirements may be different then in your local country, please make sure to follow all applicable use and safety regulations.

Please contact your local customs agency to verify if any products are prohibited for import to your country. Arsenal PC will not be liable for items confiscated or rejected by your local customs agency.

We may not be able to process all international credit cards. If you are having trouble placing the order please contact us to arrange an alternate payment method.
